This is a lengthy document consisting of the relevant MRCA legislation and statutory instruments, including GARPM, DVA policy instruments, DVA Facts Sheets and my commentary. The commentary and other material is organised in a manner to facilitate reader access and largely follow the scheme of MRCA
It is intended to periodically update the document.
There is no cost to use it and no issue with people downloading the document or copying it.
The purpose of the paper is to assist those struggling with MRCA. Constructive comments are welcomed.
